I’m booked… now what???

So you’re all booked and excited to head to the islands… what now?

Well you should have received an email from our Reservations Manager that has your complete confirmation. This has a charter agreement that outlines the details of your charter along with specifics that we ask you to sign off on. Make certain you send this back with 30 days of making your reservation.

In addition, there is a preference sheet link within the confirmation email. This gives us specific details about you and your guest suchas dietary requirements, what you want to do while on vacation with us, any special dates/events and the details of your flight arrival and departure. We need for you to complete and submit your preference sheet no less than 30 days prior to your sailing date.

Take the ferry to Road Town, Tortola when flying into St Thomas.

NEW HODGES CREEK MARINA

This season we have moved our base in the British Virgin Islands from Nanny Cay to Hodges Creek Marina. Although this information has been updated in our confirmations and arrival communications, we are finding that some guests who have traveled with us in the past are expecting to sail out of Nanny Cay and as a result our not choosing the correct ferry to Tortola.

When arriving to Tortola by ferry coming in from St Thomas, be certain to take the ferry to Road Town.  If you happen to take the ferry into West End, the shuttle ride will be 45 minutes to Hodges Creek, vs the 15 minute ride from Road Town. The shuttle costs from Road Town are much lower as well.

Hodges Creek is located on the East end of Tortola between Road Town and the Beef Island Airport on Tortola. When you arrive there is a pool and restaurant available for you to relax at prior to boarding the catamaran at 5pm. Fat Hog Bob’s is also a popular restuarant within walking ...(continued)
