FESTIVA SAILING VACATIONS DONATING 5% OF PROFIT THE MONTH OF APRIL, 2016
Profits are donated to The Association of Reef Keepers (ARK) of the British Virgin Islands

Festiva Sailing Vacations is donating 5% of profit for the entire month of April, 2016 to The Association of Reef Keepers (ARK) located in the British Virgin Islands to assist in marine restoration and coral nurseries.

Dennis Patenotte, President of Festiva Sailing Vacations said, “With over ten years of business in the charter industry, we wanted to give back to the islands and there is no better way than to help maintain its natural beauty than to assist with preserving the coral and the reefs.”

According to The Association of Reef Keepers, the contribution will assist with the on-going maintenance of the coral nurseries. There are two nursery sites with a total of 1000 corals growing which will be outplanted later this year to enhance some of the BVI’s reefs. Afterwards, we will continue growing corals and hopefully add a few more nursery sites.

The site is characterized by huge boulders and crystal blue water with a sparkling white-sand beach. Other island stops on this BVI yacht charter include Jost Van Dyke, home to the famous Foxy’s and Soggy Dollar Bar, Anegada, which is a very popular location for many sailing charter companies, Peter Island, and Norman Island, where snorkelers and divers can explore ...(continued)
