Proud to Announce We are 2013 Sponsors in Asheville NC’s Hot Chocolate 10k and Kids Hill Climb

Festiva Sailing Vacations is branching out in 2013 and giving back to the community here in Asheville, North Carolina, where we are headquartered.

The 2013 race benefits a great cause to an elementary school less than 1 mile from our offices.

Some of monies raised will enable the Parent-Teacher-Organization to supply the following to the school and its children:

  • Enable all children to participate in field trips
  • Help pay for bus drivers for field trips
  • Support cultural arts and our artists-in-residence program
  • Provide classroom support funds for teachers
  • Support teacher appreciation events
  • Assist the Media center in expanding and updating materials
  • Provide food, clothing, school supplies, and other emergency support to families of our school
  • Improve school facilities, including special projects like the flower beds, school sign and the Seth Olson K-2 playground.

We are excited to be apart of such a fundraiser that not only supports local schools, but also brings our wonderful small city together!

We hope you can join us, for more information on the race, visit:
